Besides, the location was handy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Park Royal. Moreover, the area was decent.

The room was a good size and newly renovated, making for a pleasant overall experience, and the convenient location in a nice area had shops and a market close by.

Good value, will use again. It suited our business needs; we wanted reasonably priced accomondation for 3 and many other hotels would have required 2 rooms to be paid for, which was outside our budget. Thank goodness there are hotels like this in London.

The location was alright and it was cheap.
The room was poorly equipped, wonky bed, dust on surfaces, no kettle. The breakfast was nothing comperable to other, even cheaper hostels. Staff's attitude was suggesting they were not interested at all. The en- suite bathroom was a joke, so small that you couldn´t wash your hands when having the door closed. And above all lot there was a unforgetable smell throughout the hotel.

Nothing
I booked the room with bath inside but when I went to the hotel they not give the room as I requested. It was very small room and toilet and bath room outside. It was not comfortable for me. I do not book the room in a to z hotel again.

I really liked the private facilities in the room, and my bed was super comfortable, plus the location was very convenient and easy to reach by public transportation.

Public transport to action was good.
Awful hotel, shower and room were very dirty. Room did not lock and we even got told the hotel was fully booked by a child. Then rang the owner an he confirmed our booking.

When I arrived there (on noon more or less), nobody was there. I was to the chicken restaurant on the next door, as written in the wall but there nobody had information. I ringing on the bell, nothing. Then I callad 3 number on the wall: nothing. In the end I called the number on my booking, and a guy answered me: after 10 minutes he came (in total I wasted 30 minutes). Then, I entered in my room: really small, but this isn't a problem, the worst thing was the bathroom. The shower was dirty, with some hairs on the floor, the towel was dirty (with some red stains), the bucket was full of garbage from the previous customer and there were some old newspapers on TV forniture. I report the situation to the reception guy (that I called every time, because he never was in reception), that assured me to resolve that day. When I came back to the hotel on the night, nothing was changed. I waited next morning to have a "clean" bathroom and a new towel, and for removing of all garbage. The breakfast is very poor and it is served in the chicken restaurant, closed during the morning: is it cool to eat a semi-roast slice of bread with jum in front of a closed shutter?
